Al Salwa Publishing House in partnership with the award winning digital agency Media Plus Jordan, has published its’ first iPhone & iPad application entitled “Anything “أي شيء, based on their 2010 picture book with the same title.
“Anything” is the first of a series of seven Arabic picture book Apps adapted from the popular lift-the-flap “Goldfish Series” published by Al Salwa Publishing House, authored by renowned writer Taghreed Najjar, illustrated by Syrian artist Nadine Kaadan and narrated by Hind Hamed.
Taghreed Najjar will have daily story reading sessions at the creativity centre at the Book Fair where she will read a number of her stories to school children visiting the fair.
The Book Fair will be a chance to show case the App to parents and children at the Bookfair.
Salwa Shakhshir of Al Salwa Publishing House said, “We believe that encouraging children to read requires us to publish our books in the highest possible quality, and in all possible media available.”
“Anything أي شيء” book App will soon be available for download from iTunes to iPhone, iPod and iPad.
