A warm simple story that addresses separation anxiety with lovely rhythmic language.
Saadoun wakes up every morning in silence so as not to wake his beloved dog Simsim. And when Simsim finally wakes up, he barks with joy and fetches the ball to play with Saadoun. But there’s a problem – Saadoun is not there! How will Simsim spend his day without Saadoun? And what will happen when Saadoun returns from school?

The story “”Where Are You, Saadoun?”” shines a light on the relationship between a child and their pet, illustrating the challenges of separation and the joy of reunion in a way that will touch the hearts of young readers.
