Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation on any order on Al Salwa Publishers website will be accepted within 24 hours of the time the order is made and a full refund will be made.
All claims of defects or short shipments must be made in writing to Al Salwa Publishers within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
Kindly ensure that all claims are supported with photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the damaged goods. Al Salwa Publishers will replace damaged or missing goods at no extra charge.
Upon confirmation of your order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. A follow-up email will be sent stating the tracking number of your order and when to expect delivery. If you choose express shipping as your method of delivery, kindly expect to receive the parcel in 3 to 7 days time. If you choose registered mail; delivery time is one to two weeks.
